The World's Pop star, Rihanna stepped out in style as she headed to the Stance Socks pop-up shop in the Soho neighborhood of New York on Wednesday.
The 30-year-old turned heads in a plunging blue coat dress which she matched with ultra-slinky heels and boxy blue purse.

From Nsukka—President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the disbursement of funds recovered from looters under the 2018 federal budget. Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Mr Babatunde Fashola, announced this at the Herbert Macaulay Memorial Lecture at University of Nigeria, Nsukka, yesterday. Fashola said the President had approved N120 billion from the funds for the rehabilitation of 36 roads across the country.
